This is more about getting every Internet using Australian to verify their identity and age but the data is stored in the oligarchs coffers ripe for hacking and use for criminal gain... Are we happy about that, I'm absolutely NOT! It's already a failed experiment!

My kids and grandkids have all used Social Media without this BS, it's been a support mechanism when face to face was not available!
Bluesky is already asking me, a 70+ year old to verify my age... so the legislation forces everyone to verify who they are and their age, it's BS!

Given the amount of money Eloon is spending on far far right political parties in the UK and Europe they want the whole of the Western civilisation to be fascist authoritarian governments. Mind you the way @australianlabor.bsky.social Labor is going with anti-protest laws we are headed the same way!

I guess they are leaving the market for China to fill and they probably will. This sell everything to AI and ignore the consumer market will come back and bite them all in the arse! Nvidia is telling board builder to source their own VRAM chips as they won't be supplying them with their GPU...

The only way the Republicans can have any chance of staying in power after the mid terms is when they Impeach Trump (not just Trump with A 25) and his entire administration...
