“Made” could be better than “persuade”. At the same time, it does feel like it’s asking a lot of people to look at a soda machine and an LLM and put them in the same category.

What’s a better way to describe what happened? If someone had a robot and talked to it (not hacked it) and got it to do something unlawful that it wasn’t designed to do, what would we call that? Coin a new term?
