Voter support for ranked choice voting transfers into support for proportional representation in ways that support for other reforms do not. They need not be seen as in conflict.

So, since we in the US are now in the business of banning apps that take and sell user's data, the US government is going to ban all of the Meta, Twitter, and Google platforms next, right?
