On the fifth week of Ultramas, Tsubaraya gave to me: #Ultraman Decker episodes 1, 2, and 3!

It's nice to get an email from a prospective job being like "Hey, we're still thinking of you; things are just moving slowly". But it does really highlight how much you want to move on.

Fun fact this was the first Ultraman media I had seen in 18 years and pretty much re-awakened the Ultraman-loving portion of my brain. Let's see how it holds up another 14 years later.

So this time of year I do a themed movie watching to sort of counter-program all the X-Mas nonsense. Mostly Godzillamas, but with dips into Horrormas and Actionmas. This year I think I'll go Godzillamas-adjascent and do Ultramas.

Having just re watched the John Wick Quadrillogy, I've come to the conclusion that if you like the Wick-verse you have no ground to mock Fast and the Furious fans.

UE vs Ren/Shooter was good, still not sold on Shooter as "The Guy". If we're talking the recent returns I'd go Yota > Ren > Shooter = Yuya.
