It is an overwhelming wave of forced Christianity, I will acknowledge that. Being raised in it probably makes it easier for me to ignore or discount. I value your perspective, thank you for sharing.

Even before accepting that I was an atheist, I felt Christmas was one of the least religious of the Christian holidays. But then again, I was raised Christian. Thanks for your perspective, I find it helpful to be reminded that it means nothing to many in the world and respecting that is important.

I recently learned that the Eddie Murphy part was originally cast with John Belushi. He died and they rewrote it for Murphy's comedic style. I think the version we got was probably better than what would have been.
