3 years ago today, we lost an amazing person. Someone who tried to be a light to everyone around him, someone who cherished his fans. A great ranger, a great man and a great father.

So in the early scenes there’s a figure of this ranger. In the 28 later movies the UK is put into quarantine after the rage virus takes place in 2002. To keep it contained only to the UK.
