my honeymoon has reminded me how grateful i am that i started ED recovery 8.5 years ago.

the only time i’ve thought about calories/macros is to make sure i’m fueling enough for hikes.

i’m eating what i want & moving not to compensate but bc hiking in sedona is exhilarating.

My home office has been a total disaster (piles of clothes that need to be donated, tons of unopened mail, clutter that needed to be a thrown away) for several months — and today, I finally have almost completely cleaned it out. AuDHD + depression make cleaning so hard, and I’m so proud of myself 🥹

but hey, draft 1 is done and that’s pretty cool 🥹
