Two men’s hockey programs separated by 3,000 miles are celebrating 100 years: St. Lawrence and Alaska. Note that the Nanooks centennial logo is for 1925-2025 while the Saints is 1926–2026. This is due to the date each school played its first game during the 1925-26 season.

Did You Know: This upcoming 2025-26 season will be the first one without a former UAH Charger on an NCAA hockey team. The last 2 former Chargers to play in the NCAA were Nick Michel (Minnesota) and Brian Scoville (Utica) in 2024-25.

The NCHC has announced new secondary branding: the National. With this announcement comes a new secondary logo. Also, the previously unnamed NCHC Tournament trophy will be branded as the National Cup.

▪️Tara Mounsey: Brown University 1996-2000
▪️Zach Parise: North Dakota 2002-2004
▪️Joe Pavelski: Wisconsin 2004-2006

Notre Dame ☘️ has introduced new primary sweaters. White jersey is simplified to match up more with the away jersey. New stripe patterns on both. The gold in the navy sweater sparkles. Different font on front of sweater than before. Comparison photos:

In 1945, Minneapolis Central High School announced varsity hockey would return for the first time in 5 years due to the war. Little did they know that this team included 2 future collegiate hall of famers who would both be inducted into multiple halls of fame. Link to follow⬇️
