Way cool! Thanks for being willing to take the time. As of version 0.7.2 (which released about 30 seconds ago 👀) It's complete with about everything a podcast app needs, and performs great! I would highly suggest giving try.pinepods.online a spin to try it out or just creating a server with compose!

Pinepods now even let's you subscribe to hosts! I've created the PodPeopleDB to ensure any podcast, even the most obscure one can have hosts added to them which can be followed to keep up with your favorite people no matter which podcasts they make appearances on.

With a polish level on-par with premium self-hosted apps such as Immich and feature packed to the same level as all the big podcast apps. The primary app is web based with clients available on every OS. Linux, MacOS, Windows, and starting with the new version 0.7.1: Android! ios is not far behind.
