I worked for Activision on Guitar Hero when they intentionally killed the Music Rhythm genre as a revenge act against Harmonix for signing with MTV. This was seen as a huge betrayal. Kotick is akin to the Sith. It's not surprising they're pulling this crap. Next comes massive layoffs.
