It is becoming obvious that the Constitution and checks and balances are as useful as the lock on your front door.
We now have someone who doesn't care about the locks. We can post about how it's illegal to break in... But there are no cops to call and we seem to be unarmed.

I received yet another data breach notice - a former employer this time.
How about a national law - You disclose personal/medical/etc information about anyone - via breach, hack, negligence, or willful act - you have to pay EACH person $1000. This has to sent with the notice of the breach.

So viewership on MSNBC is down 50% for primetime. So "informed" voters are tuning out.
As one of those who haven't watched since election day I wonder if this is the right approach. What if we lose this source of info like we have many other progressive outlets?

I'm on the fence on the pardon. On one hand I don't give a F, on the other it's more oligarchs and powerful taking care of their own while the rest of us dredge through life.

Most cities no longer have a left / progressive radio station.
