100% agree. Paul Dano’s role in 2004 's Taking Lives is tiny, but it sets the whole tone of the movie. That opening scene carries so much tension & dread that it basically builds the vibe for everything that follows. Wild how a brief appearance still shows off his acting chops & at such a young age.
