It’s a popular misconception that having small muscles makes weight training harder but it’s way easier because you can exhaust your muscles with less weight and they don’t excrete as many waste products. This is why doing one set of heavy squats always made me feel like I wanted to die.

I had a major breakthrough in my weight training this year when I realized I’ve always had naturally large thighs / buttocks and so leg days were extra hard for me and I didn’t need to do them anyway so I stopped.

Yeah my first novel was basically portal fiction where the protagonist travels to three such dream places. A vast underground tunnel network was one (I grew up in NYC and liked to look out the window on subway rides).

I don't think it's unreasonable for people to hold the party in power responsible for material conditions not improving.

The democrats won’t stay in office no matter what happens. People’s economic stressors—housing costs, health care, etc., aren’t going away, so they will continue to punish whoever is in power and ping pong the parties back and forth.
