I think the problem with most CG is the uncanny valley of seeing aircraft that fly like they are on rails flying straight with no angle of attack. when they manage to get that in, it can look great. some of the better dogfight reenactors on youtube use simulator engines and it looks great.

I'm not really a warthunder player but I used to play IL2 1946 online alot. and seeing that guy flying the p-47 at under 1000ft made me visibly upset
