The inscription on the Happy Day Ranch barn wore off, so I recreated it in honor of my friend Ginny Parker, who donated land for the first Habitat for Humanity lot in the Roaring Fork Valley and set aside 28 acres for conservation easement.

I’ve been wanting to capture this for 20 years! It’s still standing and I’ve just started with Urban Sketching and having fun! This is near my house.
