I’m sorry I came across this way, this was not my intention at all. The point i was trying to make was that:

1. That one bad interaction shouldn’t discourage you from using the platform and supporting the devs when you DO have money in the future.

2. I am sure this information isn’t hidden in TOS

Man I feel you, but I think the steam 2 hours refund limit is general knowledge. Also couldn’t be worse. Could be none.

2 hours is only for refunds with no questions asked. I refunded stuff after the 2 hour limit and also managed to get my money back. So over all. Positive Experience so far.
