I laughed so loud at this gag, like the tungsten alien on Ikea.
I find hilarious not just the fact that we never see them again or are explained whatsoever, but also the idea that they encounter these weird alien creatures and immediately make them work normal jobs

I don´t know if I agree. In 1 you had things like Sisyphus still saying "naw, I stay with my rock"
In Hades 2 you give Odysseus resolution on his travels and a reunion with his family, get rid of the father of all monsters, Mel and Hecate learn to stop the cycle of violence between Titans and Gods.

Todo se cae porque el Soberano no es una critica sino un chivo expiatorio para no tener que hacer verdadera introspección o análisis

The way you act gives you a color
The way you get a color gives you a name
Instead of emotion-based, is philosophy-based, but since a way of thinking can have multiple interpretations, both Omega-Alpha and the Quards operate under a different hierarchy on the same sys-

No, pero las tengo en la lista, pre-crisis es un punto ciego que estoy tratando de corregir, y por ahora estoy con Supergirl.

It was more of a "view into a possible future that could happen" than an actual thing. It also showed Simon and Jessica fighting on the surface of the sun because people were seeing her as evil, which I also don´t believe it came to pass

280/845: DC K.O. #2 (2025)

As events go, I think DC K.O. represents the widest disconnect between marketing and publishing since Heroes in Crisis. There are some people at DC who understand the appeal of a tournament arc, and others who are either unaware or unwilling to earnestly translate that.

Small characters are cannon fodder, populars get the good stuff, the ones you think are gonna win, wins, the others get butchered. We have big stake battle royale so the personal conflict of a one on one is pushed aside for a gore fest
Is rather disappointing because of what the format allows

The reason why anime torunament arcs are so good is beacuse they can be impredictable, the protagonist doesn´t need to come up on top, small characters can shine, personal conflicts are put on front
Goku only won one, Midorya didn´t even reach semi finals.
DC K.O. took every other route

I want to believe that´s a reference to the first issue of the Simpsons Comic.
Becoming a giant in the power plant, underwear joke, I just need a Fantastic Four refernce like the cover and it will be definitive

"Does your character has yellow skin" might be the highest risk-highest reward question of any version of Guess Who?

Even when they gave it a "backstory" in the actually pretty good sequal it was just: old.
