Could be UA USV like the Katran X1 there is a whole new family of USV that are much more capable and the Katran comes in 4 versions. This looks like the X1 drone carrier type

2S1 for sure, the barrel does not extend past the front and you can see two dome shaped inlets on top of the roof you see on the right of the barrel in the photo

it is not a mine, it is the tailsection/booster of a PG-7 heat round. you can actually see the base sticking out including the propellant around it.
