I've not finished it once yet, because other games got in the way and tbh I've found the idea of returning to it exhausting. It's not that I was having a *bad* time with the thing, just that it wasn't a good enough time to make me eager to return.

It’s almost certainly tied to my ADHD. Both my short and long term memory have been fucked my entire life, and the ADHD seems to be at the root of like 75% of my problems.

To give you an idea of my memory issues, people have just suggested using God Mode to get past it and I completely forgot that was even a thing 😂.

Still, I shouldn’t have to resort to that. S’good that it’s there, but this boss plain sucks.

Too many people think memorization is a basic skill anyone can just “get better” at. I’m sure it is for the typically wired brain, but I have major struggles with my short-term memory.

A fight that punishes me to such a ridiculous extreme for that is so very not fun.

Prometheus is killing Hades II for me as someone who has extreme issues with memorizing sequences.

A five-hit AoE attack that can practically do a health bar of damage per mistake feels like a punishment for having a memory disorder.

I’m eager for another run if I die to anyone else. Not him.

Sadly I can’t recommend them, since they’re Koi boots. Koi make boots that look amazing but that’s *all* they do. Most of them fall apart incredibly quickly.

For those asking, they’re from Torrid (I get most of my stuff there).

They’re also not tights, but netted leggings with a solid top part, so they look like shorts and tights but are much more durable.
