I'm nearing the end of KCD1 and I've had the same experience since before fighting Runt, who I one-shotted because Headcracker fired off. The only thing that can possibly touch me is the periodic squad of 5-8 Cumans, but only in the 5% of the time they manage to stop my fast travel

It's exactly that. All of Cyberpunk is fantastic and worth playing now*. Phantom Liberty is just some of the best stuff in the game, by virtue of being made AFTER fixing the broken shit

I've been saying this for years, and people look at me like I'm speaking in tongues. The e~x~p~e~r~i~e~n~c~e of taking in the atmosphere of Columbia and hanging out with Elizabeth is top tier 10/10 (you know, aside from the toothlessness), but actually playing the thing is fucking awful and boring
