Not anything close to what I said. You seem to be using MAGA/right wing debate tactics...but since you asked, here is some evidence showing that a majority of people see homelessness as a major issue and that the Gov't should play a role in fixing it.

I would not assume malice. Most people dont know how to read beyond a high school level. I would blame incompetence in their analysis of Politics and a failure to find the actual motivations of the people they vote for.
