see the nice thing is usually its all just a big glob in a random spot on the food so it isnt too hard to get rid of most of it

we can spend a billion dollars on adding a new lane that won't fix congestion but we can't spend a million dollars on making it safe to walk outside, to improve public transportation, or to build bike lanes, all of which are cheaper than roads.
Project to add a lane, making a safer 5 Freeway between 405 and 55, gets underway
The $715 million project will be funded by Measure M, the half-cent sales tax collected in Orange County for transportation projects, and state and federal contributions.
