And agreeing with another response you have done, Yes 'AI' is too big for 'AI' companies to care, and to complex for people to comprehend, so therefore... Full Steam ahead for big 'AI'. As long as Governments have 0 idea, AI organisations will have 0 issues pushing boundaries for better or worse.

If this is the case & the field only continues to grow & compound in sophistication and capability, the response will be to adapt & ingrain statistics, problem solving and software/techy principals in our standard education, to better equip all to navigate the very rapidly approaching future of AI.

Unfortunately, the majority of people are completely unaware as to the 90%+ of Legit "AI' use cases (e.g. LLMs, NLP, Img Recognition, Predictive Models, Large scale Solvers, etc), If people don't even know what could or needs to fail, then we have probably already arrived at "To big to fail"

Governments & Private Sector navigating AI is like teaching a goldfish to drive – adorable effort, tragic outcomes. Additionally, most implemented 'AI-powered solutions' are just glorified Excel macros with a PR team, and a crypto branded website.
