People want to love their cities; to support them when things are going well, and to be informed when things are happening. Social media allows for that direct line of communication so they can have their voices heard.

A vast number of Americans use social media to get their news and information – by not utilizing social media, you're missing out on reaching your neighbors, constituents, and residents that are the most passionate and invested in what it is you are doing.
