Absolutely Jason- which is why I said for most people. living in Scotland we also have rural areas which rely on cars - but for urban dwellers, who are the majority of our population, improving public transport and active travel have to be priority over private EV.

For most people better and affordable public transport is the answer - we need to be freed from the private car.
