As they should. Receiving SNAP benefits are for anyone who doesn’t earn enough to feed their family. There are people who don’t qualify and have a hard time feeding their family. No one in this country should go to bed hungry.

I have found that negative responses to friends and family don’t help change anyone’s mind. I just explain (in a calm matter of fact way) why I choose not to support people or places that are destructive to others because it only perpetuates their behavior. There are plenty of other choices. Explore

I appreciate all that you do as a senator and know that you try to keep our spirits up, but the day the President joyfully signs a bill that gives the finger to everyone in our country except the rich makes it hard to enjoy a picture of you and your husband having fun.

I think you’re sharing the art and history of Ukraine is extremely important. We hear about the war all the time and see those images daily, which is important to not lose sight of, but we need more reminders of the whole body of Ukraine, not just the part that is under attack. Thank you.
