Summary: This bill proposes to repeal a statutory provision permitting mandatory retirement of college professors at years of age. The provision has been preempted by the federal Age Discrimination in Employment Act since 1994. The act shall take effect on July 1, 2026.

The proposed northern and southern boundaries of the city are the same. The eastern and western boundaries will be different.
