Sorry to say that racism animates politics in other countries just as much, and other countries are absolutely racist as hell; & he’s right about the gendered perception of the rep/dem parties in the us. Ofc this doesn’t detract from your point that racism drives trump’s political success

Can’t separate out the misogyny either. The least surprising thing in the world is that women have to prove their bona fides, always, and men’s expertise is presumed.

Constitutional protections specifically DON’T apply to non-citizens, & immigration court is an administrative body outside of the regular judiciary. Federal circuit courts are supposed to provide oversight by hearing final appeals, but functionally they do not
