April, joing an art mixed media 10 week course, in #Dunbar east lothian
I've stopped healing for some time now & when I don't use my energy with my hands, I feel "icky" out of balance.
I'm drawn to this course as ideal for my "inner critic" a mindfulness creative art course with coaching......

Pondering on making this...... A sitooterie a Scots colloquial name for a place to sit out in..

But here I am at 56 (but still 21 inside) embracing my creative flow.
When I chose to stop healing other people, I need to find a medium to connect my energy in my hands, to connect with all that is & create
