Following a breadcrumb trail led me to Bluesky. Curious to know more. I'm an entrepreneur and writer, hell-bent on giving kids mindful skills. I train the adults how to teach it from a heart-centered place (eg not textbook) but we include the science/research too. teachchildrenmeditation.com
