Democrats need to identify what the party stands for and promote those policies at every opportunity. Because the truth is that if you don’t label the policies right or left people prefer left leaning policies more than right leaning. Our policies are better. Run on that.

Messaging was definitely off, but as my daughter points out, Republicans have moved very far right and in turn the Dems have moved to the right (Harris had Rs support). We haven’t won elections. Maybe it’s time to tap into the left and see how that goes for us?

I agree to a certain extent but wasn’t Harris endorsed by Kinzinger and Cheney? Didn’t she bring out Republicans in her rallies? The right continues to move right, and to compensate, Dems also continue moving right. Maybe we need to embrace the left?
