I've seen so many people who make spirituality about being one of the "chosen ones" or "manifest your dream life" and then advertise classes for 5555€. Why is there so much less "dream Earth for everyone", I wonder? Even from a selfish point, don't we benefit way more if everyone else is happy too?
What good is your spirituality if it is stepped in hyperindividuality?

Was looking for a video to embed in a seminar about food safety. English search results: some biochemistry basics, some info about the contaminant and its sampling. Same search terms in German: "Most Deadly Foods Ever", "What Foods to Store in the Apocalypse", "10 Ways our Food Kills us". Ok.

Of course this quote doesn't mean staying silent about social injustice. However, no language can ever comprehend and express the truth of existence itself. But then, where do opinions come from? #journal #nonduality #croissant

People say that they decide who "deserves forgiveness" so they can play god with their surroundings. There is no humility to the victim label. Have compassion. Love people. Set boundaries. Go no contact. Empower yourself. Hold people accountable. But realise you're never entitled to label anyone.

I'm tired of the empath vs. narcissist narrative. I never got out of the abuse cycles until I realised that the "empath" identity was keeping me trapped in victim consciousness. It was hell. We reinforce our own hell by telling everyone I'm an empath and thus "the good guy". It's self righteous asf.

Let us not use science to colonise ancient wisdom. Peoples have known for centuries what is deemed as groundbreaking new discoveries e.g. in quantum physics or health related science. But those peoples' voices are still being silenced. Let's start acknowledging that. Sincerely, a fellow scientist

In my deconditioning era✨ I've recently realised how much more deeply we must question everything we think we know. We know nothing. And the joke is, if you looked closely you'd notice even science, to which western world looks up so much because it is its own creation, agrees.
We were programmed into viewing hyperproductivity as the only way to succeed so that we would be complicit in our own oppression.
