I've generally found them to be accuate, but I manually verify anything that I'm going to act upon. The primary issue I've encountered isn't hallucinations, but misidentifying parties or misunderstanding jargon. Even then, it's a time saver.

My line of work involves a lot of long email threads that I was not a part of, and being able to throw a 29 page long PDF of emails into Copilot and asking for a summary and timeline of events saves me a tonne of time.

Look - Language evolves, and a bunch of exxagerative people ruined the word literal and now it has contradictory definitions in the OED. We lost.
However, if you say "From metaphorical to literal", you don't get to use literal to mean metaphorical.
