The soybean cyst nematode genomics database has been updated as of last night. SCNBase.org now has all 9 early release H. glycines genomes and annotations. All files are downloadable and accessible through BLAST, feature search, and Jbrowse. The pan-genome paper is coming soon! #science #genomics
