Cmon, videos, eye witness accounts put down in Affidavit form, fleeing the state, even the "defences" raised by his superiors that clearly don't conform to reality?? That's not sufficient evidence to sustain a charge?? If not, your country is worse off that it even looks.

He should get every advantage of due process to which he is entitled. That starts after he gets arrested. If he has to be charged in 36 hours, so be it. #arresttheshooter

If someone was captured on a security camera robbing a convenience store and shooting the cashier, the person would be immediately arrested. If the shooter had escaped or wasn’t immediately identified, there would be a massive manhunt to apprehend him. What are we doing? #arresttheshooter

You’re saying that if something is hard, you shouldn’t even try it. So more press conferences asking Trump to get ICE out of MN or more pointless calls for impeachment that will never go anywhere is what you want? With that ICE agents will continue to believe there are no consequences for killing
