Turns out if you fake cry back at a baby who is crying they will stop to see what you're crying about (a tactic that also works in puppies) so I'm thinking "what is that noise make it stop" is just a universal experience

Had an appointment with a sleep clinic to see if I have to go for a sleep test, apparently I don't because it's not sleep apnea, but I also can't stay on the medication I've been on because its not meant to be a long term solution, and 'its probably just anxiety' anyway

Every kid I've asked who their favourite pokemon is has mumbled some 8th generation thing I've never heard of before and I stand there holding out my Ghastly button going 'wanna guess my favourite?!' they are both impressed because 'you know pokemon!?' but also 'ghosts are lame'; it's very wholesome
