if it’s laryngitis due to an infection, i love elderberry! it’s great for the immune system :) pre & post laryngitis i like to drink a mix of peppermint & green tea, and i’ll add honey & lemon too. hope you feel better soon! 💛

i’m not melissa, but i’m a frequent laryngitis suffer (+ tea lover) — ginger & chamomile are good choices, and i love throat coat tea (if you can’t find that, licorice root or slippery elm tea are just as good!) i find it helps with pain and congestion. +
