Another day, another shoefie! I love when I lead a workshop with awesome mentors they don’t just bring their desire to learn, but their fun kicks, too!

In the midst of overwhelm and collapse, it’s helpful to remember how to heal. We need time for reflection and imagination, disruption of old patterns, space to create something new, community to support us and hold us accountable.
