So, the majority’s argument is based on the doubt of efficacy and unforeseen consequences of the treatment, but you could make that argument for many types treatments and procedures that aren’t legislated/banned. Additionally, they provide no standard for efficacy.

Additionally, it’s omitted in the majority opinion that the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Phycological Association, American Psychiatric Association, and American Academy of Child Adolescent Psychiatry agree the use of hormones and puberty blockers are appropriate.
