they were protecting no one when they "grabbed" a 5 year old off the street. they are suppose to protect us, not strong arm us. How can it be self protection by smashing car windows & "arresting 5 year olds?

I get mad as well. when I play games they usually pop up other games to down load showing certain scenes. when I down load it turns out different than what they showed. it would drive anyone mad.
