because if they’re already struggling financially how do you expect them to be able to afford to sue? and i think i agree with this argument.

like i agree with the first and third paragraph but with the second, it gets a bit tricky because while intellectual property may get in the way of freedom of information access, i do think artists, writers etc. deserve to hold the rights to their works? like ok in an ideal world everyone
