I have been doing this now for almost 10 years. It was already hard pre COVID. Post COVID it’s worse. The level of sick these people are with co-morbidities makes nursing even more complicated and yes you’re right. The BSN all to get more funding. I love what I do, but this country doesn’t value it.

I guess the shortage of nurses will get a lot bigger because I for one will not be a nurse in a world where there is no OSHA. It’s bad enough they took away NIH….hands down they don’t pay us enough as it is and now this?? Nope.
