Piles of herbs and spices, a warm, tingling heat, a briney, citrus pop, and the shell-on prawns (vs crawfish), hold in all of the juices.
Served next to some dirty coconut rice. (I know coconut isnt typically used, but I did what I did and it made me happy) 10/10

Jamaican Easter. Jamaican roasted lamb with @cityeatsca all purpose and jerk seasonings, and all kinds of spices and aromatics marinated for 48h. Spicy Red Label lamb gravy, steam cabbage, rice an peas and "yellow bean casserole" in a creamy morel, chantrelle mushroom & thyme sauce & crispy onions.

Repurposed leftovers. Crispy coconut rice cakes seasoned with furikake, miso ponzu salmon, spicy prawns, yuzu aioli, and garlic chili crisp. Side of garlic sesame edamame, and pickled ginger.

Local miso ponzu & ginger Pacific salmon with roasted sesame & Jamaican fish seasoned prawns, coconut rice, and garlic edamame. Topped with whole salted duck egg, pickled ginger, furikake, kewpie and a ponzu sauce.
