now I don't for a second think Zeku is likely to return in SF6, but this isn't about him specifically
that same character episode has him approach other characters and offering them his tutelage, one of which being Ibuki
she refuses his offer here, but perhaps a post-3S Ibuki would hear him out?

Zeku's younger form is clearly modelled after Strider Hiryu, so it's unlikely this line was just thrown in there amongst the other ideas he floats for a name
we already have proof of Street Fighter being the centre of a Capcom extended universe, so perhaps Strider exists in the future of that world
