Yeah the character is a bit shy and self-conscious by nature so it feels like he might have had some challenges in his childhood. He's still a nice guy tho :)

Was working on some dialog for a story today and I realized one of my new characters has a slight stutter.

iPadOS 26 is “okay,” but I definitely preferred the old Split Screen and wish they’d kept it as an option like they did with Stage Manager.

macOS 26 has more issues. All the window dressing wastes so much screen real estate. I upgraded for my own OCD parity issues but I almost wish I hadn’t.

I was in the union! They were pretty useless at the time. When we had issues with outsourcing or otherwise their rote response was “Learn 3D!” even as 3D work was being migrated to India. I’m sure nowadays they’re saying “Learn AI!”

I’m bitter but I do support collective action in general. :)

In the 90s, the suits at Disney were telling us that for cost reasons they had to ship work overseas. Meanwhile, they were telling our associates in the Canadian studios they had to cut back on production there because the Burbank artists were “demanding” they keep work in-house. 🙄

I've seen so many people lazily (xenophobically) claim 'outsource is stealing all the work', but MOST countries are in the same boat rn. Never let the suits skimming more and more off the top convince you a fellow worker is to blame.
