But the biggest disappointment? More than 90 million eligible voters didn’t vote. That’s more than voted for either Trump or Harris. Shameful. Our country goes to hell because people just sat this one out.

“President Trump stated that his plan calls for (among other items) ‘a reduction in the corporate tax rate from 21 percent to 15 percent solely for companies that make their product in America.’” He only intends to line the pockets of his wealthy friends and corporations.

And I’m wholeheartedly ashamed. These are people I thought I knew. Thought they were kind and generous. But the wickedness runs deep.

It’s a scary world when you no longer know who you can trust. And I no longer do. It’s why I can’t wait to get out. Makes me so very sad for the future.

One of the wisest phrases ever shared with me is, “What you permit, you promote.” Our country has once again promoted one of the most evil, vile human beings to lead them forward. It’s so embarrassing and disheartening. Truly disgusting. 84%! of my home county voted for this trash.

I could never understand how the Holocaust unfolded, but it happened. I could not understand the cruelty of slavery and segregation that played out in our country, but it happened. I couldn’t understand how our country treated Native Americans, but it happened. People really are wicked.
