This will offer more communities funding to restore derelict shops, pubs and libraries, as well as giving them new powers to decide the future of their high streets.

We were thrilled to help the residents of Winterbourne Bassett to buy their local pub, The Winterbourne back in 2018. This means they have ensured the future of the only meeting place in the village apart from the church.
