I've been learning the lyre for a short while now and decided to build one myself, loosely inspired by the Trossingen lyre. It's not in tune yet, because the strings and wood have yet to settle. This was just a quick test build with cheap materials, but I definitely wanna build another one 😍

Wolf 2.0 (almost) done. Just some minor stuff like battery pouches and adjustments left. Time to let her out of the cage 🐺

I even added a tiny little fan into the snout this time 🥹

Base is ArkranumSales, heavily modified by me.

I don't know why I'm hesitating to finish her up, I'm probably gonna make a third version anyway 🙄 Let's do it.
(Changed the strings for crimped together fishing wire, much more responsive now and hopefully won't stretch as much in the long run. )

Tried a different direction for this version, more old school movie werewolf 😌 Stretchy fabric to cover the gap in the snout, slapped some latex and loose hair on it to make a transition to the fur parts. So happy with how she's coming along 🥺

Still working on the painting, but also started wiring the eyes. Wish I had more free time to work on it 😩

Current project for my LARP character Solveig: making a new head for her werewolf form. Below is her current one, with a head base made from Kobracast, which made it very lightweight, but also didn't seem to work well for the mechanics.
