I like demos but at the same time I am wary of them b/c there are some devs that frontload all the fun stuff into the demo and then just drag for the rest of the real game. That said, a good demo should leave you wanting more. 🤔

Rarely has this happened at tables I run or played, but I've seen times where a character change happens during a moment of downtime or respite (resting at an inn, getting back from a mission, etc.). Heck, I've done it at least once because I was just seeking out a new playstyle.

Hmm, that's an interesting concept. Never done that before I don't think.
