It was great to attend the Champions of Change fundraiser in the Strip District.

The event supported Casa San Jose & Pittsburgh Action Against Rape. Two community organizations who provide support to vulnerable Pittsburghers. The value of their work is truly incalculable.

It was great to be in Hazelwood Green this afternoon.

I visited Motional’s Pittsburgh plant to see the latest developments in the autonomous vehicle industry. The research and development done at our universities was a crucial piece of the industry’s creation.

It was great to join community leaders for the groundbreaking of the Esplanade project in Manchester & Chateau.

Our riverfronts are part of the fabric of Pittsburgh. The project reconnects neighborhoods, brings resources, amenities, & more to neighborhoods hurt by urban renewal.

It was great to join Councilman Wilson to welcome Orr’s Jewelers to their new home in the Strip District.

Orr’s has been a part of the Pittsburgh community since 1996. It’s always wonderful to see a locally owned business need to expand into new space!

Spent some time pitching in at the 5th Annual “BurghProud” food distribution this afternoon.

It was good to be with the Steelers, Pirates, Penguins, & Giant Eagle. Each year they’ve partnered with the Food Bank to support families in need. I’m thankful for all of Pittsburgh’s community partners!

It’s a remarkable affordable housing project that is Pittsburgh’s first LGBTQ+ senior housing community.

They’re celebrating 25 years of supporting Pittsburgh neighborhoods & Allegheny County communities. They support small businesses, affordable housing, commercial real estate, & more.

The IWF Pittsburgh was established by Jacqui Morby to increase the prominence of professional women in the city, county, and region.
